Section Information: ASQ Section 1216 La Crosse–Winona was chartered in May 1991. The Section currently serves about 180 ASQ members in southeast Minnesota, west central and southwest Wisconsin, and northeast Iowa. Our members are employed by many types of businesses, mainly in the manufacturing sector.
